The story continues with me going for my first class which is Creative Comm and Portfolio Development, originally by Dr. Benedict who was replaced by Miss Zee due to some unforeseen circumstances. There, i met the same guy i saw during the first day of Orientation. I managed to have a short talk with him before class starts and then it is time to study. I didn't make much of a progress that day but it didn't stop me from having my hopes up for the next day though.
The next day, my prayer was heeded and i actually made a couple of new friends. What's more interesting is that they invited me to join them for lunch after class eventhough we just met. They are extremely friendly and funny. I was very happy because I know I won't be lonely in class no more, have a friend to chat with, and have someone to back me up. It didn't end there as i got to know more friends from different courses, ranging from Mass Comm, Design, Business, Architecture, Culinary and more. Now, it became a habit to hang around with these bunch of people everyday. My bad feeling before this is fading and I felt better.
However, college life is not all about making friends. There's a fine line between fun and studies and i will definitely not cross it. It's been two weeks so far and classes was nice. The lecturers are wonderful and good at what they do. They have a good sense of humour that makes the learning atmosphere in class nice and easy especially Miss Zee. As i am learning something new, unlike those subjects in high school which i have no interest in, i focuses more on them and they are interesting.
Speaking of college life, i just joined Taylor's Dance Club and Music Club for my co-curriculum programme. It's been ages since i last danced but thanks to my friend, i have to dance once again. In fact, there's dance class tomorrow.
After two weeks here, I have began to cope with my studies and even my daily expenses well. I'm starting to love my college life and there's still two years more to go. Imagine all the fun and new things I'm going to have or learn. I gets so pumped up every time i think about it. As you're reading this, I'm so excited what is going to happen tomorrow. I am so looking forward to it.
What's going to happen next? I can't really answer you now but I have a good feeling about it. So that's about it. My college life is awesome.
